Nani does all the research on the on what’s currently for sale that fit your criteria. She will be emailing you a list of properties to look over and coordinates dates/times with both buyer and seller so we can start to go see homes. We show you the good the bad the ugly so that when you find “the one” you will know that is the home for you because you will have seen what’s out there. After finding that special place you want to call home we can submit an offer with the backing of your lender.
